The School of Integrated Circuits welcomes outstanding students from all over the world to join our graduate program. Our school currently offers master degree program and Ph.D degree program for international students, with a duration of 3 years for master degree programs and about 4 years for doctoral program programs.
The research directions for the master program include the following three areas:
1. Integrated Micro-Nano Electronics
2. Integrated Circuit Design
3. Integrated Micro-Nano Systems
Master's degree applicants need to have already obtained a bachelor's degree or be about to obtain one, and when applying for a master's program, they need to choose a research direction.
The research directions for the doctoral program include the following four areas:
1. Integrated Micro-Nano Electronics
2. Integrated Circuit Design
3. Integrated Micro-Nano Systems
4. Electronic Design Automation and Computational Systems
Doctoral applicants should have obtained a master's degree before applying, but exceptions can be made to outstanding applicants with bachelor's degree only.
