Professor An received the Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics from Peking University in Jan. 2006. Her research interests mainly focus on novel nanoscale MOS devices, including device physics, process, integration technology, and its radiation effects.
She has published more than 60 research papers in journals and international conferences such as IEEE EDL/TED, APL, TNS, SST, NSREC and RADECS. More than 60 China invention patents and nearly 20 US invention patents are filed (of which more than 40 and more than 10 were authorized respectively). She has hosted several research projects and participated in 6 national-level projects, including National S&T Major Project 02, NSFC, 973 Project etc.
