Dr. Wang’s general research interests are semiconductor devices and integrated circuits for memories and circuit designs for energy-efficient computing. His expertise is on advanced memory technologies and novel computing paradigms, including devices, processes, circuits, and architectures. So far, he has published over 100 papers in leading journals and conferences, including IEDM, IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, IEEE TCAD, DAC, and ICCAD. He has filed over 100 Chinese patents, with more than 40 granted. Dr. Wang is the recipient of NSFC Excellent Young Scholar Grant and the Beijing Nova Program, and serves as a young expert in the China Memory Industry Alliance. He is also a TPC member for conferences such as DAC, EDTM, and ICTA.
