The research fields are IC materials and devices, resistive switching devices, and their applications. He has engaged in the research of oxide resistive switching materials and devices, conducting studies on the resistive switching mechanism of oxides, optimization of resistive switching performance, and applications of resistive switching devices in non-volatile logic and neuromorphic computing, achieving several innovative results. He has published more 100 papers in journals such as Nature Commu., Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, APL, and conferences like VLSI and IEDM. He has undertaken several national-level research projects, including the National Major Special Project, the National Key Research and Development Program, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has received awards such as the Second Prize of Natural Science from the Ministry of Education, the First Prize of Teaching Achievements from Peking University.
