Our society is now witnessing a new tide of electrification. The development of electric vehicles, robotics, smart homes, smart power grid, etc., are expected to shape the future human society. These emerging electronic and electrical applications are presenting demanding requirements for the power conversion systems. Semiconductor power devices are the core components that manage and control the electrical power, and their performance directly determines the capabilities of power conversion systems, such as power management, motor control, power transmission, etc. Our group is targeting at the research and development of frontier power electronic technologies. We’re looking for candidates for postdoc fellows, M.S./Ph.D students, undergraduate interns. Those interested in these positions are welcome to apply by email.
