Dr. Chen is a professor at School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in microelectronics from Peking University, Beijing, China, in 1997 and 2002, respectively. Since 2002, he has been a Faculty Member with the Key Laboratory of Microelectronic Devices and Circuits Ministry of Education, School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University. His research interests include sensor interface circuit design and analog /mixed circuit design. He has published more than 100 journal/conference papers (including JSSC, TCAS-I, ISSCC, ISCAS) and holds more than 30 patents.
