The main research areas include new semiconductor materials and devices, flexible electronics, new thin film transistors, and research on nanotechnology processing technology. He has successively presided over more than ten projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National 973 Program, the Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the cooperation project with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., and the cooperation project with BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. Won the first prize of Shenzhen Technology Invention Award, the second prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award, and the first prize of China Electronics Society Science and Technology Progress Award. I have published over 100 scientific papers and applied for more than 50 invention patents.
