Personal Profile

Tianyu Jia is an Assistant Professor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Peking University, China. Prior to joining Peking University, he was an Assistant Research Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, US. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Harvard Architecture, Circuits, and Compilers group at Harvard University, US from 2020 to 2021. Dr. Jia obtained the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering (with Best Thesis Award) from Northwestern University, US in 2019. His research work has been published at various top-tiered conferences/journals, e.g. ISSCC, JSSC, VLSI, MICRO, DAC, etc.
