北京大学博雅特聘教授,博导,教育部长江学者特聘教授,青年北京学者。现任微电子器件与电路教育部重点实验室主任,集成电路科学与未来技术北京实验室常务副主任。长期从事类脑计算、存内计算等新范式计算架构和芯片设计研究,研制了多款新型计算架构智能芯片,在视听觉感知、认知计算、生物模拟等领域展示了广泛应用前景,相关成果荣获第50届日内瓦国际发明展评审团特别嘉许金奖(最高奖项)。主持包括国家重点研发计划(首席科学家2次)、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目等国家级重大项目十余项。在包括ISSCC、JSSC在内的本领域期刊和会议上发表学术论文200余篇,获得授权专利70余项。担任中国电子教育学会研究生分会常务理事、国家示范性微电子学院产学融合发展联盟副秘书长、中国汽车芯片产业创新战略联盟副理事长、中国计量测试学会智能感知与认知计算专委会常务委员等学术兼职。
